LOL. finally. i made tapioca cake a.k.a mu shu gao a.k.a bingka ubi. Unfortunately it's not for myself. I rushed it up this morning for the graduation potbless i mentioned yesterday. This includes grating all the frozen tapiocas, which i had left to thaw overnight n yet still bloody frozen this morning (can u imagine how cold it was last nite?), leaving my hands feeling numb like stones, so numb that i din even realise i cut my fingers! LOL. until i saw blood coming out afterwards. But thank God, my first tapioca cake didn't look too bad!
Problem is, i am not certain of the taste. The look on top is a bit distorted. Sign of uneven heat distribution. Well, i just trust God it will taste marvelous n people will like it. Pray for me ya. :-D
P/S: don't wonder y i changed my mind abt tang shui. long story. after all, i already had the ingredients for this cake sitting on the fridge!
