Don't judge by its name. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Fairly simple, i used the leftover croissant dough from previous bake, wrapped each square piece with at least 3 chunks of Meiji Chocolates (I wanted to use my other
much better chocolates, but since it was my first attempt, Meiji was the only one i was willing to give away,
haha), left them to proof for almost 2 hours, and got myself these magic treats! Of course, the croissant dough didn't come easy....
Anyway, they were good, even better with my hot cup of Harrods Blend 49, and some freshly picked strawberries!
The next time i make these, i promise i'll be more generous with my chocolates.
