I'm goin to feature another recipe here, n this time it's BREAD! Yeah, after shortbread n cheesecake, it's time for bread! LOL.

1 tbsp custard powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
85g milk
10g butter

20g raisins
Glazing: 1/2 egg

Bring (B) to a boil. Leave to cool, wrap wtih cling film touching the surface of the custard. Mix (A) to form a dough.. Knead. Rest for an hour. Punch gas out and rest for another 15 mins. Roll out, spread (B) and raisins. Roll like swiss roll. Allow to proof till double in size. Cut and arrange onto a round tin. Bake in preheated oven at 180oC for 15 minutes or till brown. Cool before serving.
