Hip hip hurray..i'm in the verge of flying above the sky coz my report will be completed today! Well though certain sections will be missing, i am certain that by sunday night everything will be in order (i hope at least).
Made some egg and cheese tarts last night and almost all were grabbed away by Kimmie and her friends this morning. Didn't leave some for Dad or Mom, but will make again tonight. Nevertheless, it should be relatively easier to remove them from the mould, as the surface would be 'smoother' compared to shortcrust pastry tarts.

Though i'm ok with it, it just freaks me out when i start thinking of the persistent nights and overtimes that he has to sacrifice on work work and work. Maybe i'm too used of him being 'available' at most of the times, but i support him in whatever he does. Also, i hope his working attires still fit him after a size increment of ............................................
:-P
