Hubby called these 'meatloaves'. Same cheese mixture as the Oreo Truffles, i shaped them into slices instead.
Oreo Truffles or in general, Cheese Pops without the sticks. Very 'oreo-y' and cheesy on the inside, dipped in rich milk chocolate and covered with either coconut, cheerios, choco chips and rice.
Kahlua Coffee Tarts. With chocolate sweet crust pastry and strawberries on top. (I had to use up the remaining strawberries as soon as possible before they go off).
All these would be sent to Gugu and her family shortly: Oreo Cheescake, Choco-Almoni balls, Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, and Kahlua Coffee Tarts. The rest like the Pineapple Cheese Cups, and Oreo Truffles had to be placed in another disposal container due to limited space on this 8" cake board.
Having difficulty finishing everything, and Hubby's complaining he can't lose weight now that there are so much temptations at home. Good thing it's so cold here that food can be kept much longer than back home!
