I love baking tarts! Yes i do, and verrryyy much! Why? Coz they're fun and easy, but most most important of all, everyone loves tarts, which means i do not have to worry about who's gonna finish up and stuff. Today i had this passionate mood to re-bake cheese tarts, but before i go into the details, let me explain how this passion came about.
It is pretty warm today (also yesterday), despite that winter is here and the weather has been sunny and very good. Here are some pictures which i snapped from our bedroom window yesterday:
The pretty lake garden next to our house
I just love this kind of weather; not too hot nor cold which was perfect. Not mentioning the clear blue sky and the view from the top balcony. Beautiful. Of course such phenomena is occasional and it doesn't come very frequent, but i'm thankful that it came, especially after my Wednesday winter blog (It was cold and gloomy two days before, and today it was sunny and fine. Cool huh?).
Well basically that was how my passionate mood for cheese tarts came about. Also today is one month after my birthday (I'm 24 and a month di!!!) so making something which i like a lot would sound awesome.
And therefore, i'm proud to present my products on this beautiful sunny day, the 14th Nov.
P/s: Strawberries always come to the rescue, they make everything looks 'pretty' and 'affectionate'.
