More Tartlets of Love

Here they are, these are my revised version of tartlets of love. Specially made for people whom I love, adore and respect. The first one is for Sandra, on her 24th birthday. Wanted to do Blessed 24th Birthday Sandra initially, but there wasn’t any container which could fit 25 tartlets representing the 25 alphabets, so decided to cut short to Happy 24 San.

My 30 completed shortcrust pastries, just before they entered the oven.

And the second one is dedicated to none other than my dear Mr Manager…like the first, they are combination of six different flavours, which are blueberry almond, kiwi cheese, chocolate hazelnut cheese, chocolate almond, coconut and apple cheese.

Last but least, the rest are for my beloved family, friends and colleagues whom I sincerely (from the depths of my heart) want to express my gratitude, love and care to, and really hope that these tartlets would warm your hearts so that through them, you may also feel the love of God touching you again.
