New York Cheesecake - my version

Recently baked a new york cheesecake, swirled with blueberries on top. The cream cheese is dying out soon (rottening if you know what i meant), so it's safer to consume them when baked rather than chilling or using them as spread for sandwiches.
With no sour cream or milk available at home, i replaced them with plain yogurt and whipping cream. As a result, the cheesecake turns out very rich, and sinful (Arrghhhh, i hate to admit this but it is!).
I know it's gonna take us ages to finish the whole cake, so smartly, i baked them in my rectanguish shallow pan to yield a short cake.
To store them longer, i cut them into slices and wrapped each in aluminium foil (just like how they do it in certain bakery shops). And this is how much i got:

Of course, couldn't resist a slice for breakfast today. Long and thin, with the right thickness for a portion. Otherwise, i will get too sick of cheesecake (too much or too big makes me feel pukey). I need to retain a positive attitude towards cheesecake in order to get rid of this one for next couple of days!

By cutting them into bars, they can be treated as grab and go snacks, where you can just pick and drop in your bag. Be careful not to squash them though!
