My brownies are gone...all gone!! And i haven't gained any weight yet, not due to them yet (Ok, let's be honest, i actually skipped dinner for the sake of eating them :-P). Saw some slices and an hour later gone??!! The bad thing is i had actually promised myself no more brownies for the time being. Importantly, i got to move on to my next item. (FYI, i have a long to-do baking list)So here it is, next on my baking list: Chilled strawberry cheesecake!
This recipe has never failed me, ever since i first made it in the UK. Today it still tastes as good as ever, refreshing, sweet sour and rich. I never like chilled cheesecakes personally myself, but this one is an exception. Lovely, very. Of course, vitally atttributed to the quality of the strawberries.
Made the cake this morning after my second attempt of porridge. Due to inadequate chilling hours, the cake still looks a bit mushy and messy. I know i should wait, but i couldn't resist cutting myself a slice.
P/S: Hub got me a new notebook for my recipes, and this is how the front cover looks like. Sweet huh???? My heart almost melted......... (cheh, no la)
P/S 2: He told me i'll always be in his dream, i.e. if he dreams (sigh...unlike me who have weird dreams everyday, this guy doesn't dream at all, so you know what it means!) ^-^
