Still feeling very passionate towards bread making, here was what i made yesterday for Hub. Apple Buns!
Am proud to say that everything was made from scratch, including the apple filling. Had to use Fuji apples, although a Bramley or Granny Smith would taste perhaps much better. Nevertheless i wouldn't hessitate on any apples, as long as Hub would eat them knowing his objection towards crunchy apples. 
Had been pretty worried as Hub has not been taking any fruits lately, so thought an apple bun would do the job although of course, it wasn't the best solution. Am glad that he really liked them this time. *wink* wink*
