Blueberry Chiffon CakeNope, no worries, it's not another baking marathon. Infact i did the two over the past two days, one at a time. I got Hub to buy me a tube pan (at last!) last Monday when we went out to grab some baking ingredients, and decided that i should try it out with this chiffon cake. My first time making a chiffon cake haha, and i'm pretty pleased with the result. :-) In spite of the wrong tin!
Simultaneously, i was also craving for some chiffon cakes for no particular reasons, but i guess it was because i suddenly remembered the pandan chiffon cakes i used to eat since young. I love chiffon cakes! Can eat the whole thing without feeling any guilt!
Too bad chiffon tins here cost like a bomb, otherwise the cake would look even better and taller. Forgot my tin back home, which i hadn't used since i bought it last year.
Chocolate Chunk Walnut Cookies
Made these chocolate chunk walnut cookies last Weds, after Hub suddenly suggested cookies as they can be stored longer. Plus, i had some dough leftover from last Sun's bake so only had to chop in some chocolate chunks and walnuts, which made cleaning much much easier.
